I have ordered a plain leather Kenneth Cole New York Lace Up … What i have received instead a very ugly pair with lots of sewing in the form of stripes a pair I doubt anyone would like to wear. I did not choose this item. The picture is something and what I got is totally different. I needed this pair for my wedding and now I do not have the time to send it back and wait for a refund and then buy another pair of shoes and wait again and again and then I also might get something surprising again. Please solve this issue ASAP
